1.   INTRODUCTION

a. Celestial Experiences Pvt. Ltd is private limited company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 having a registered office at A-403, Safal Pegasus, above McDonalds, Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-380015, India

b. This website is an electronic record and as per the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as may be amended or replaced or modified from time to time) and any other rules or provisions or law which is not prescribed here but connects with electronic records.

c. These terms and conditions amount to a legally binding agreement between the user, whether personally or on behalf of “Celestial Experiences Pvt. Ltd”, We are concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related link or otherwise connected thereto;

 

2.   MEMBERSHIP

a. All Membership shall be accepted based on verification of client. In addition to that, it shall be considered based on sole discretion of key members of company.

b. Any person will be considered a member after accepting the terms and conditions of Celestial Experiences Ltd and after signing a client agreement with Celestial Experiences Pvt. Ltd.

c. All members shall provide correct information while applying for membership. Providing incorrect information may create hurdles for company as well as members.

d. Any client shall apply for membership will be considered as the main applicant or member and their spouse will be considered as sub-member. No other family members will be considered as sub member.

e. Any member or sub-member shall intimate the concerned person of Celestial Experiences Ltd prior to minimum 72 days/hours for opting for any services which are mentioned under clause 3.

f. The member can cancel the membership. If a member cancels membership of his/her volition, in that case, no refund will be provided.

 

3.   SERVICES

a. Celestial Experiences Pvt Ltd is a Global luxury lifestyle management company providing the services mentioned below;

Traveling:- Air/Railways ticketing, Special Airport services, Private Jet booking, helicopter booking, yacht booking, Cruise booking, Exotic Vacation planning, Hotel booking cab booking etc.

Gifting: – Sending luxurious gifts across the globe, Sending expensive flowers or chocolates or any luxurious items across the globe.

Exclusive VIP excess or tickets for events: Facilitate VIP tickets for any events across the globe or Express entry in Airports or any events across the globe.

Shopping: Book an appointment in luxurious shopping shops and facilitate fashionable articles or clothes products. 

General: Organizing and managing private parties, weddings, events, celebrity meet and exclusive experiences across the globe as well as booking party pods.

  b. Any services related to luxury lifestyle management not mentioned above; will not be our part of services.

  RETURNS OR REFUND POLICY 

a. Any member who wishes to cancel the contract, shall inform to concerned person of the company in advance. 

b. Any member wishes to cancel the contract or membership, in that case, no refund will be given to the member. 

c. The company has right to cancel cease or suspend your membership if the company deems fit. If the company cancels ceases or suspends your membership, the company shall refund membership fees on a pro rata basis and 20% will be charged as processing fee from remaining amount to be refunded.

 

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Celestial Experiences Ltd and “The Celestial” logo are service marks operated by Celestial Experiences Pvt. Ltd. All rights reserved. All other trademarks, logos and services marked appearing on web pages are the property of Celestial Experiences Pvt. Ltd or their owners. 

6. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA 

-> Celestial Experiences Pvt Ltd has a right to share your personal data with third parties for below purposes: For setting out your services with third parties, For setting out your services with global partners or with specified franchise partners of Celestial Experiences Ltd

->  We do not allow our third parties or global partners or franchise partners to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to use your data for specific purposes and in accordance with our instructions or permission.

7. DATA PROTECTION

Celestial Experiences Pvt. Ltd has set down an appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. Celestial Experiences Pvt. Ltd. has given access to your personal data to employees, third-party vendors, global partners and franchise partners. The users can only access your data on the instruction of the company for limited purposes.

 

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Celestial Experiences Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for damages delays or failures in performance resulting from acts of nature or occurrences beyond their control. The delays or loss or damages like fire, lightning, explosion, pandemic, power failure, water scarcity, war, terrorism, revolution, country partition, civil commands, government influence, military orders, public enemies, any law & order, disturbance of public peace, labour strike, slowdowns, boycotts, the inability of raw materials, transportation facilities, fuel or energy shortages and other not mentioned above. 

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. That, As per further set forth in Section 6 of The Arbitration And Conciliation Act, 1996, requires the use of Arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than trials or any other court proceedings, or action of any kind. The Arbitration Jurisdiction shall be held in the courts of Ahmedabad Only.

10. CORRECTION POLICY

-> The information incorporated in Terms and Conditions or any services may be contained typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including description, pricing availability and other information.

-> We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on services at any time, without prior notice.

 

11.     TERMINATION

-> Celestial Experiences Pvt. Ltd, at its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend your use of Website or any information, systems, services and content at any time.

-> The  Celestial Experiences Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to terminate your use of Website or any information, systems, services and content at any time.

12.     GENERAL

a. The company reserves the right to add or change or modify or alter Terms and Conditions as and when required and members shall review Terms and Conditions regularly. 

 b. All abovementioned services will be provided subject to availability. 

c. All above mentioned services are provided subject to the following rules and regulations of particular services. 

d. The company is not liable for third party products or services defect and after sale services.

e. The company is not responsible for any untoward incidents happen with member during travelling and any act of third parties.

f. Any member or sub-member is liable to pay any untoward loss incurred while accessing any services.

g. The company is not responsible or committed to providing services in special circumstances like War, Government ordinances, festivals or special occasions etc.
