Supplier Code of Conduct

1. INTRODUCTION

Celestial Experiences Pvt. Ltd (herein referred as ‘company’) is a private limited company registered under Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at A-403, Safal Pegasus, above McDonalds, Prahaladnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-380015, India.

2. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

All vendors or suppliers or third parties shall, in its business, shall comply all applicable laws and regulations, in all the territories in which they are operating or providing services.

3. ETHICAL CONDUCT

All vendors or suppliers or third parties shall work with company with professionalism and maintain ethics with company and company’s client. All vendors or suppliers or third parties shall be fair and transparent with company.

4. TAX LAWS

All vendors or suppliers or third parties shall comply with tax regulations of country in which they operate.

5. MARKETING AND SALES

All vendors or suppliers or third parties shall not make any incorrect statements or provide misleading information regarding their service and product.

6. FAIR COMPETITION PRACTICE

All vendors or suppliers or third parties shall compete with other suppliers in ethical manner. All vendors or suppliers or third parties shall not exchange information or enter into agreements with company’s competitors, customers, or other suppliers in a way that wrongly influences the market.

7. NO CHILD OR FORCED LABOUR

As per The child labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act 1986, All vendors or suppliers or third parties shall not hire any person less than fourteen years of age. All vendors or suppliers or third parties shall must comply with all applicable child labour laws as per their country.

8. GIFTS AND DONATIONS

All vendors or suppliers or third parties shall not offer any gift, entertainment trip, discount, services or any benefits to any official of the company as well as clients of company.

9. DATA SECURITY

All vendors or suppliers or third parties shall comply with any data shared with them by company and they are responsible to protect client’s data in systematic manner. All vendors or suppliers or third parties shall comply with the Privacy Policy of company. Company reserves right to take legal action if any vendors or suppliers or third parties breaches the norms of company for data security.

10. RIGHTS OF COMPANY

If any vendors or suppliers or third parties shall breach the norms of company, company reserves the right to cease or suspend services provided by them and no further payment will be paid by company.

11. RIGHT TO CONDUCT AUDIT

The company reserves the right to confuct audit if necessary to ensure compliance of Supplier Code of Conduct.
